1. HOW IMPORTANT IS ESTABLISHING RELATIONSHIP IN YOUR


ORGANIZATION?

Helen Keller once said “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.”
Truly indeed that only through working harmoniously together can we achieve the
goals of our organization. Hence, establishing relationship in the organization is
very important for the success of the organization. But school administrators must
also see to it that it not just establishing any relationship, but a relationship in the
where everybody is heard and respected. Where everybody is given equal
importance and not just treated like some working machine. Where everybody can
work without fear of being judged and can freely express their ideas and creativity.
Where everyone is given the chance to grow and better themselves.
The school where I am currently connected is considered as a mega school,
composed of 91 teaching personnel and 6 administrative workers. As a teacher
handling 8 subjects, it is very important to establish healthy relationship in the
organization because we get to learn from each other. From teaching strategies to
classroom management to learning the latest trends in the educational system.

2. WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIALS IN ESTABLISHING RELATIONSHIPS IN YOUR


ORGANIZATIONS?

The essentials in establishing relationships in any organization the following


RESPECT, TRUST, INCLUSIVITY and GOOD COMMUNICATION. Respecting
everyone’s ideas and acknowledging their importance in the organization is a must.
We must always consider that our organization must be a safe place for everyone
and all the needs of its members’ concerns are being addressed and given equal
importance. Respecting boundaries and respecting each other’s time is must for
people to grow and develop.
Trust is also a must in establishing relationship in the organization. It is
important to trust the knowledge and skills of our co-workers in delegating tasks
because only through sharing responsibilities can we realize the important roles of
each individual in the organization.
Inclusivity also plays an important role for the success of the organization.
Because when everyone is heard and involved in the organization, they feel the
sense of belongingness thus, creating a safe haven to foster and develop new ideas
and solutions.
Good communication is vital for the growth and development of the
organization. It is very important for everyone involved in the organizations to learn
how to properly address their ideas and concerns.
As the youngest teacher in our grade level, I always seek the guidance of my
seniors when in comes to classroom management because I know that no book in
the world can surpass their years of experience thus making them experts in this
field. I also try to help them in any ways I could specially in ICT integration in our
classes. We must always remember that for the organization to succeed we need
the experience of the seniors and the energy and skills of the juniors.
