PROJECT MAIN DRIVERS

The project consists in the construction of a highly automated factory for the construction of
buildings with REP® technology in mixed form (steel and concrete).
The buildings will be monolithic, anti-seismic with low energy consumption.
With this technology it is possible to build both single-storey buildings and skyscrapers even
300 meters and more.
The production capacity of this factory will be 400,000 square meters (measurement of floors)
per year of buildings, with the use of local workers, technicians and management.

Presumably this factory will employ n. 500 units over 2 shifts.

The technicians and workers will be trained with specific learning schools in the factory itself
for a duration of 3 to 5 years.
The area occupied by the factory will be 80,000 m2, of which 30,000 m2 covered and 50,000
m2 of storage for seasoning and finished products.

Characteristics of the buildings produced:

• Mixed frame structure, steel and concrete
• Self-supporting beams in the first and second phase
• Predalles slabs of h. 24 cm, self-supporting in the first and second phase, with
interposed polystyrene insulation of cm. 15
• Multi-level concrete pillars on prefabricated foundation plinths and connecting curbs
• Perimeter panels in double layer of concrete cm. 5 with interposed polystyrene
insulation of cm. 10
• Bathroom block
• Stairs
• Internal panels in cellular concrete cm. 10
The factory will manufacture under REP® License, with exclusivity on the whole territory of
Saudi Arabia

Strengths:
• 90% of the activity carried out in the factory, with high standards and safety for workers
• High standard product quality
• Execution speed, approximately 1,300 m2 per day of completed buildings
• No scaffolding and docking on site
• Few on-site activities, only dry assembly and small completion castings
• No waste on site

REP® is a technology known worldwide for its great ability to solve structural problems with
large economies of materials and manpower
