Use the following checklist to make sure the Sampler components are properly installed.
Carry out the test in the specified sequence.

Mechanical Installation
Proper, vertical mounting of the sampler on a appropriate base checked
Lateral wall distance (at least ≥ 50 cm) checked
Optional for indoor operation: minimum distance to the ceiling (at least ≥ 50cm) checked
Proper installation of the suction hose checked. Suction hose must be laid with a continuous slope to the
sampling location
Maximun suction height checked ( max. 7,5m )
Optional with pressure / vacuum operation: Check that there is no pressure on the sample line.
Optional with plastic dosing unit: Desired sample volume pre-adjusted by shortening the sample tube in the
dosing vessel
Optional with glass dosing unit: Desired sample volume pre-adjusted by the filling tube in the dosing vessel

Electrical Installation
Proper, electrical power supply via residual current circuit breakers (tripping current max. ≤ 30mA) ensured
Optional: proper connection of the analog flow signal (terminals 2 + 3) verified
Optional: proper connection of the digital flow signal (terminals 4 + 5 ) verified
Optional: proper connection of the digital event signal (terminals 4 + 6 ) verified
Optional: proper connection of the collective malfunction signal at the malfunction relay verified
