Good day!

I would like to take this opportunity to express sincerest gratitude to the Davao Medical
School Foundation, Laboratory department for not only honing my skills as a
professional but also as an individual. This made my three years of stay in this
institution fulfilling and productive. Indeed, I learned a lot as well as enjoyed the
company of my colleagues.

However, I regret to inform you that I am handing over my resignation. Although this
decision has been very difficult for me, I would like also to expound my profession by
looking for a greener pasteur overseas. It is irrevocable as I am legally bound by having
signed by a contract.

I am conscious of the need to provide support to the laboratory until my full departure,
and with this I shall give my full commitment until then.

I wish for your success in the near future and once again, thank you for the
opportunities that I have been given during my time here
