PURELAB® Chorus

Reservoir Sanitization

1. Isolate any Chorus 1 systems from the reservoir.

2. Connect a manual isolation valve to port 4a or 4b on the

reservoir. Connect a tube to the valve and direct to drain.
Ensure that this valve is closed.

3. Fill the reservoir entirely using a Chorus 3 or PURELAB

Chorus 2 (RODI) system.

4. When full, ensure that the process is off by pressing

utton.

5. Remove the composite vent filter and add CT3 tablets to

the reservoir, replace the composite vent filter and leave
to soak. Please see the below table for details.

6. Open the manual isolation valve and completely empty

reservoir.

For 15 & 30 Litre reservoirs continue to step 7, for 60 &

100 litre reservoirs proceed directly to step 10.

7. Close manual isolation valve and press the process button

on the Chorus 3 or PURELAB Chorus 2 (RO/DI). Allow the 5
system to fill reservoir for 20 minutes.

8. Press the process button to stop filling the reservoir.

9. Open the manual isolation valve and completely empty

reservoir.

10. Close manual valve and refill entirely before use.
