The learning environment
in the previous years is
so complicated because
it is the modules era
that which made
the children suffer
Because they don't
get any knowledge or
communication
from the teacher
and can't explain
it to them thoroughly
the Lessons ang
sometimes
that's when the children
started to be lazy and the
parents had nothing to
do so the parents were
forced to do their
Homework.The teachers
also suffer because they
difficult to communicate
to children when
the new normal is coming.
Similarities
The similarities of learning
environment of the previous
years and the new normal
are the Language,
technology, personalized
learning, and parental
participation are important
because of the learning
environment of MTB-MLE in
earlier years and the new
normal for students. Both
cases show how important it
is to have clear
communication, integrate
technology, provide
individualized instruction,
and work with parents and
teachers. In order to create
a successful and inclusive
remote learning environment
as we navigate the new
normal, it is crucial to
understand the important
lessons and methods from
earlier educational
approaches, including MTB-
MLE.
Learning environment
in the New Normal in
MTB-MLE
As of now the New Normal
learning Environment is better than
in the previous years because now
the learners is back to the normal
environment or in the school they
are focused now in their lessons
that they have learned more than
the previous years which is we
have modules and the problems that
the parents do the child’s works .A
greater level of cooperation
between schools, communities, and
families has been encouraged by
the new normal. Due to how
important they are in supporting at-
home learning and facilitating
online learning, parents are now
more active in their children's
education. In addition to improve
the learning environment, this
enhanced collaboration also
strengthened the bond between the
school and the community,
resulting in a more complete
approach to language development.
How do learning competencies affect the delivery of quality and effective teaching of Mother
Tongue in the new normal?

For me the adjustment to the new normal has made it more difficult to provide effective and
high-quality instruction in mother tongue courses because educators can overcome these
difficulties and give their students meaningful learning experiences by comprehending how
learning abilities affect development of curriculum design, instructional practices, and
assessment techniques. Mother Tongue education will succeed even in the face of difficulty
with the careful selection and application of learning competencies, creative instructional
strategies, and assessment techniques .Most of the time teachers are difficult to communicate
with students today because of the pandemic because children are more focused on social
media and other social media platforms because of that the children learn a lot of other
languages that affect the mother tongue subject.

Based to Maam Diane the essence of MTB curriculum guide competencies and
standards is much needed especially in today’s generation.Children
nowadays forget to use official mother tongue as they deal with various
languages that are being used in their home . It tends so affect their
learning in school especially if the child is using English as his/her
mother tongue , he/she finds difficulty in Filipino subject and vice versa.
