Question 1: Would you say you had a balanced diet? Explain why [not].

Friend: do you think you have a balanced diet?

Me: Yeah, I'd say I try my best to maintain a balanced diet. I try to include a variety of foods
from different food groups like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and dairy. I also
pay attention to portion sizes and try to limit my intake of sugary and highly processed foods.

Question 2: Do you eat a lot of junk food? What do you [not] like about it?

Friend: How about junk food? Do you indulge in that?

Me: Well, I do have occasional cravings for junk food, but I try not to eat it too often. What I
don't like about junk food is that it's usually high in unhealthy fats, sugars, and sodium. It might
satisfy my taste buds in the short term, but I know it's not great for my overall health. Plus, too
much junk food tends to make me feel sluggish and guilty afterward.

Question 3: Have you ever been on a diet? If so, what [did you] do?

Friend: Have you ever tried going on a diet?

Me: Yeah, I have. At one point, I wanted to shed a few pounds and feel healthier. I didn't go for
any extreme diets, though. Instead, I focused on portion control, cooking healthier food
