Dear Decolonoize Berlin & L_KW.

This song is titled “March Of The Quarantine” as it was made in

2020 during the pandemic outbreak with my musician friends back
in Bandung. The days where band studios were closed and no events
available as our main source of entertainment. We decided to make
this song as a catharsis of our frustration back then, hence the
low quality and how the song is very raw and unfinished. It was
very DIY bedroom production and we never got to do a proper
recording at the studio because we grew apart from each other's
life after the pandemic.

I saw your post on Instagram about the Open Call for Submission
of your Ceasefire Project to help fund the survivors in Gaza,
Palestine through Bandcamp. I remember this song and asked my
friends for permission to submit to show our solidarity for
fellow Muslims in Palestine. I am also happy that the idea to
submit this song has made a way to reconnect with each other.

I hope you like this raw bit.

Best love.

Title: March Of The Quarantine
Artist: Derau & Barbara Pleaser

Lyric
Surface, suffice
Flowing off
Flowing off, not lofty
You are not lofty

A question, digestive
Emerge to your flesh
Commotion, subversive
Submerge into drag

One gulp running to dehydration

It is the map to my anatomy

We collide, we collide
We are colliding
We collide, we collide
We are collide

In a tragedy play
Vampire drain
And now we dance
The comedy of your hazel eyes
And now we dance

No common sense in your lens

No more land to collapse
No more land to escape
No more drain
