‫• ترسم إستراتيجية الواليات المتحدة لألمن القومي رؤية لعالم حر ومنفتح وآمن ومزدهر وخطة شاملة‬
‫لتحقيق هذه الرؤية‪ .‬ليست هذه رؤيتنا فحسب‪ ،‬بل هي رؤية نتشارك بها مع العديد من البلدان األخرى‬
‫التي تسعى إلى العيش في عالم يحترم المبادئ األساسية لتقرير المصير وسالمة األراضي واالستقالل‬
‫السياسي‪ .‬في عالم تكون الدول فيه حرة في تحديد خيارات سياستها الخارجية‪ .‬في عالم يتيح تدفق‬
‫المعلومات بحرية ويحترم حقوق اإلنسان العالمية ويعمل االقتصاد العالمي فيه على أساس تكافؤ الفرص‬
‫ويوفر الفرصة للجميع‪.‬‬
‫• ستواصل الدبلوماسية األمريكية االستفادة من شبكات الحلفاء والشركاء الفريدة للواليات المتحدة بهدف‬
‫بناء أقوى وأوسع تحالف ممكن من الدول‪ .‬سنعمل معا على تعزيز هذه الرؤية والدفاع عنها فيما تقوم‬
‫القوى االستبدادية والمناصرة لسياسات التعديل بتقويض السالم واالستقرار الدوليين ونواجه تحديات‬
‫مشتركة غير مسبوقة‪ ،‬مثل أزمة المناخ واألوبئة التي تهدد حياة كافة شعوبنا وسبل عيشها‪.‬‬
‫• هذا عقد حاسم للواليات المتحدة والعالم‪ ،‬وأنا واثق تمام الثقة في أننا سنغتنم هذه الفرصة ونرقى إلى‬
‫مستوى التحدي كما فعلنا على مدى تاريخنا‪.‬‬

Release of the President’s National Security Strategy

PRESS STATEMENT JJOE BIDEN

The United States’ National Security Strategy lays out a vision for a free, open,
secure, and prosperous world and a comprehensive plan to realize it. This is not
just our vision, but one shared by many other countries that seek to live in a world
that respects the foundational principles of self-determination, territorial integrity,
and political independence; where countries are free to determine their own foreign
policy choices; information is allowed to flow freely; universal human rights are
upheld; and the global economy operates on a level playing field – providing
opportunity for all.

American diplomacy will continue to leverage our country’s unrivaled networks of

allies and partners to build the strongest and broadest possible coalition of
nations. Together, we will advance and defend this vision at a moment when
revisionist, authoritarian powers are undermining international peace and stability
and we face unprecedented, shared challenges, like the climate crisis and
pandemics, that threaten the lives and livelihoods of all our people.

This is a decisive decade for the United States and the world. I am confident that, as
we have done throughout our history, we will seize this moment and rise to the
challenge.
