Additional Instructions for mailing your package

To return, please follow the steps 1-3 below.


If you are returning the item from outside of Japan, please visit About International Returns.
1. Prepare the return ID number or information required for the return (must be included in the return package)
With a printer
Print out the return ID number (bar code) displayed at the bottom of this page.
Without a printer
Refer to ""Return Items Without a Printer"" and prepare the information required for the return (a bar code starting with ""sp"",
shipping label, packing slip, or a memo containing the return ID number listed at the bottom of this page).
2. Include the return ID number or information required for the return in the package
Include the return ID number printed in step 1 or information required for the return in the package.
Note: We will not be able to process the return properly if the return ID number or information required for the return is not
included in the package.
3. Return the package
Request a return using one of the following methods.
Using the in-store drop-off service (shipping from a post office or a Lawson store)
Return shipping cost: You will not need to pay the return shipping cost when returning using the in-store drop-off service.
However, in the case of a return due to the customer’s circumstances, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
amount. The return shipping cost varies depending on the price, size, etc. of the item.
How to apply: Before returning the item, be sure to apply for a return using the link below.
Application
Note: When using the in-store drop-off service, the 2D code displayed after the application is required. Please note that this 2D
code is different from the return ID number.
How to return: You can return the package using the Yu-Pack service (charge collect, up to 25kg and 170cm) from a nearby
post offife or LAWSON store. Please check the link below for details on how to return items.

Return using a carrier's delivery service


Only available with Japan Post (Yu-Pack only), Yamato or Sagawa. Please fill in the return address in the "ship-to" field of the
carrier's invoice. The ship-to phone number is not required.

Items brought to the return address in-person will not be accepted.

Important:
In the following cases, the refund process may take time, or the item may be returned by cash-on-delivery because the refund
cannot be accepted.
The condition of the returned item doesn't match the reason for return selected in the Online Return Center.
Correct information about the returned item (the return ID number, etc.) or a part or accessory for the returned item is missing.
The returned item is not the one that was requested to be returned.
The item was shipped to a different return address than the one specified during the return process.

When you have items to return to different shipping addresses, you have to arrange Pickup Service for each shipping address.
