 WAKE UP

As I am a pólice student, my
routine Will be somewhat
different, every day I wake up
at 04:00 AM
 GET UP
Then I get
up and
brush my
teeth.
 EXERCISE

Afterwards i
exercise until
5:00 Am
 Take a shower

When I finish I take a

shower and get dressed
to go to training.
 Clean

after training we
clean the school
until 6:10 a.m.
 Breakfast
now is the time to
have breakfast,
which is usually
rice, eggs, bread
and chocolate.
 Classes

When we had
breakfast, we went
to the classrooms at
7 o'clock until 12
o'clock.
 Lunch
at 12:00 we went out
again to clean the
school until 13:30
when we had lunch
and at 14:00 we
went back to class.
 Break
we have a 30
minute break at
15:15 and then we
go back to class
until 17:00.
 Independent
Study
once classes are over,
we have 2 hours of
independent study time
to do homework,
distract ourselves or
any other type of
activity.
 Dinner
at 19:00 we went to
dinner, after dinner
we talked with our
commanders about
any concerns we
may have.
 Go to sleep
and finally we go
to sleep at 21:00
after training
with the duty
officer and he
gives us
instructions.
