    Wiring connections are tight
    Wiring box lid is water tight
    Blower Side covers closed.
    Defrost heater/s operation checked.
    Condenser coils clear and clean
    Condenser fans working and turning freely
    HP switch cut out pressure
    Cycling fan/s cut in pressure
    Cycling fan/s cut out pressure
    Compressor oil level and quality checked for contamination
    Oil Added?
    Refrigerant added and type?
    System leak checked
    LP Cut in pressure
    LP Cut out pressure
    Crankcase heater fitted and working
    Net oil pressure
    Oil pressure switch operation checked
    Compressor thermistor operation checked.
    Compressor efficiency test (pressures after 2min on/2min off)
    Liquid line filter drier changed
    All mountings secure
    All electrical connections tight and cables neat
    All piping undamaged and suction insulated.
    Ambient Temp
    Room/Cabinet Temp
    Suction Pressure
    Discharge pressure
    Customer satisfied
