Every speech, every talk, every post - has a job to do!

One of the most important things you must do, before you speak, is start with
the end in mind. Determine what you want your message to accomplish!

Message: Think about WHAT the message is that you want to deliver - What is
YOUR message? Let’s brainstorm – then pick one for this challenge. (You can
come back later for the rest - We promise!)

Who is your message for? Who is the audience?

Note: Often times we feel like we have so much to say it’s hard to pick just one or your
mind goes blank and you don’t have anything to say at all – either way, we will help
you to find your message! Let’s take a walk throughout your past and just throw it all
on this page. Let’s do this exercise together!

Audience: Think about WHO you want to share your message with - Who is
your audience? Location: And where are they? (e.g. Instragram, Facebook,
Work, Home, Support Group, Church)

from mastering your message?

Reflect: With each of these statements above, ask yourself if this is 100% true as
a fact? And if not, take a bold pen and strike the statement out.
