1.The priorities set out in the LAC Plan are implemented through a variety of activities such as lectures,
practicum, orientation, coaching, workshops, development and utilization of instructional materials.
2. Collaboration and discussion of possible ways forward.
3. The final activity of the session have involved individual and group action planning in order to
implement agreed activities in the classroom.
During the LAC Session
1. LAC members implemented the proposed strategies or activities in their school community as
appropriate and evaluate their success.
2. LAC members prepared to report back on the success of these activities in future LAC Sessions.
3. LAC facilitators and LAC leaders monitored the activities and evaluate how far they are contributing
that improved School heads outcomes for learners at school.
4. School head supports the LACs by joining and encourages the teachers to continually improve
instruction so that learners learning performance will also improve.
IV.TEAM MEETINGS
This should include: a) LAC Plan b). LAC Matrix c) Minutes of Meetings d.) Picture Evidences) e.) Best
practices that were shared during the meeting
V.REPORTING
LAC members agreed on protocols and timetables for formal reporting of LAC implementation to the
system. The in-service training (INSET) of the school’s division office was a good venue for sharing the
LAC experience. Assessment during milestone points (e.g., mid-year, year-end) make use of tools used in
the planning stage.
VI.EFFECTIVITY
The Caramay Elementary School LAC Session takes effect and done for the whole school year 2022-
2023.

PRELIMENARIES
The session was done through face-to-face discussion. The registration started at 7:30 in the
morning facilitated by the KTN Teacher fallowed by a short opening program led by the Grade 1
teachers. The school head Mrs. Elma C. Gabinete presented the purpose of the activity and gave stressed
on the active participation of all the attendees. She also reiterated the importance of conducting school-
based LAC Session.
SESSION PROPER
After having a roll call, Ma’am Elma C. Gabinete, the speaker of this session presented the
objectives of her topic about “Enjoying the Noblest Profession: 21st Century Journey” on the Hows
and Whys we should understand the importance of this topic. The session highlighted the impact of
embracing the new trends in education as it is continuing in development brought on by the modern
society so that we can bear with the fast-changing world called 21 st Century education that can produce
21st Century Learners who compete globally and meaningfully.
SESSION ACTIVITY
Question and answer portion. Sharing of ideas about the effectiveness of the modern teacher
versus traditional teacher.
After the sessions, other matter was presented by the school head Mrs. Elma C. Gabinete. She
also reminded the teachers to keep on striving and committing themselves to DepEd and for the benefit of
the leaners so that no one will lift behind.

identify as struggling and non-readers.

publication. He also gave a little bit information and ideas about making videos, video lessons which is a
subject topic for next SLAC next year.

appropriate teaching and learning resources. She also encouraged teachers to access with the Palawan
LRMDS where different teaching and learning resources was available. She also gave stresses on the
localize, indigenize development of appropriate teaching and learning materials available in the
community. The main objective of this session was to address the learning gaps brought on by the
uncertainties.

speaker facilitated the group activity of teachers in making teaching and learning materials. The ICT
Coordinator assisted the co-teachers on how to access with the Palawan LRMDS Postal and how to
download different learning resources.

about “Walk Through RPMS Mid-Year Review with Development Planning”. This session
highlighted the development planning for RPMS for the school year 2022-2023. The speakers also
discussed the MOV’s to be prepared and presented by the teachers during the rating period. Teachers
were also advised to prepare detailed lesson plan for the COT. The teachers were also reminded to do
their part, duties and obligation.

speakers facilitated the group activity of teachers in preparing the MOVs need in RPMS for school year
2022-2023.

“Reorientation on the administration of CRLA”. This session highlighted the reading program
administration to Grade 1 and III learners which include: Policy guidelines on CRLA Administration,
reading passage, Reading Implementation program. This reading administration help teachers to
determine the reading profile of Grade I to III learners and to develop appropriate reading instructional
materials and help teachers who need additional support in reading.
SESSION ACTIVITY

speakers facilitated the group activity of teachers. The teachers were divided into group to perform and
demonstrate the conduct of CRLA. Objective of this activity was to help those teachers on how to
implement and administer the CRLA.

PRELIMENARIES
The registration started at 7:30 in the morning facilitated by the Grade 4 Teacher fallowed by a
short opening program led by the Grade 2 teachers. The school head Mrs. Elma C. Gabinete presented the
purpose of the activity and gave stressed on the active participation and cooperation of all the attendees.
She also reiterated the importance of conducting school-based LAC Session.
SESSION PROPER
After having a roll call, the speaker of this session Mr. Diego M. Delotindo, Master
Teacher I presented the objectives of the topic about the “SLAC on Development and Use of Strategic
Intervention Material an Effective Teaching Strategies and Techniques”.
This session highlighted the opportunity for the teachers to develop strategic intervention program for
least mastered competencies based on quarterly assessment result. The teachers were also given a chance
to determine the effective teaching strategies and techniques that may use in different approaches.
SESSION ACTIVITY
Question and answer portion. Work through session and sharing of ideas about the topic. The
speakers facilitated the development of Strategic Intervention Materials for least mastered competencies.
CLOSING PROGRAM
After the sessions, other matter was presented by the school head Mrs. Elma C. Gabinete. She
also reminded the teachers to keep on striving and devote themselves to serve the DepEd and encouraged
teachers to develop Strategic Intervention Materials.
Having understood well the topic discussed, the meeting ended at exactly 5:00 in the afternoon.
Closing program was facilitated by the Grade 5 teachers.
