What you understand about the subject OBLICON and what do you expect to learn after

the semester?

First and foremost, the statement mentioned above gave me the idea that law shouldn't
just apply to professionals but should also be ingrained in everyone since it encourages
people to be aware of the law. In the sense that we can become conscious of our rights
as it affects our daily life. In essence, no one can be absolved solely for not knowing the
law, so it's critical to comprehend the legal rules of the nation.

From my perspective, I don’t have an interest in studying law because it takes a lot of
readings and I appreciate more of the numbers rather than cases or language.
However, both are necessary to become a Certified Public Accountant. In that scenario,
we need to take a law subject like Oblicon, which has helped me comprehend the laws
that apply when you have a duty or commitment to someone or anything. I used to
believe that cases involving violence and murder offenses were included in the legal
studies. Nevertheless, after just one week of class, I understood that some of the
situations might just be everyday occurrences. I have a summary of various articles
regarding an obligation that enables us to understand our rights and our liability for
wrongdoings. Additionally, because it is a contract and an obligation, I associate this
idea of an obligation with having a contract in which both parties agree to execute the
legal requirement. In general, obligation and contract offer a legal guide to solve the
problem of an obligor and an obligee.

After this semester, I expect to learn about applying the law in resolving a situation that
violates the rights of others. I believe that learning about this topic will help me
understand the importance of the law and how it safeguards everyone's rights. In
general, learning about this subject will help us live morally upright lives.
