I shall observe the NO SMOKING policy of the university in all areas inside the school premises. 3.) shall strictly observe the proper attire and hereby refrain from weering Miniskirts, Capri, Pedals above the knee, shoits, slippers, Sleeveless/spaghetti, halter top, backless blouses and other prohibited attire as mandates by the University while inside the school premises. 4.) I shall tkewise strictly comply with the School of Law policy which is the WEARING OF CORPORATE ATTIRE EVERY WEDNESDAY. 5.) Lunderstand that my failure to comply with the policies of the University and School of Law such as but not limited to the aforementioned would constitute as valid grounds to disallow me entry in the school premises or other sanctions as may be validly imposed 6.) I shall secure necessary permit in the event that I will temporarily fail to comply with the policies for valid reasons. 7.) Lunderstand all the foregoing and voluntary execute the same.
