DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made and executed on this

Mandaragat, Puerto Princesa City, represented by its President
_______________________________ of legal age, widow, Filipino, and with
residence and postal address at Bgy. Mandaragat, Puerto Princesa City, herein
referred to as the “SELLER/ VENDOR”;
-AND-

________________________, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with residence

and postal address at Bgy. Mandaragat, Puerto Princesa City, herein referred to
as the BUYER/VENDEE;
WITNESSETH

Whereas, the
_______________________________________________________________ is the
absolute and registered owner of a parcel of land consisting of ONE HUNDRED
SEVENTY NINE (179) Square Maters located at Barangay Mandaragat, Puerto
Princesa City, Palawan, covered by TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO.
__________________issued by the Register of Deeds for the City of Puerto
Princesa;

Whereas, the technical description of the said property is as follows:

 WHEREAS, the BUYER/VENDEE has offered to buy and the
seller/vendor has agreed to sell the above-mentioned properties under the
terms and conditions herein below set forth:

1. Capital Gains Tax, Real Estate Tax Documentary Stamps Tax,

Registration Fee, Registration Expenses, and all other miscellaneous
fees and expenses shall be for the account of the BUYER/VENDEE;

2. The name of the new owner in the Transfer Certificate Title shall be:

Now therefore, for and in consideration of the sum of FIVE HUNDRED

THOUSAND, (PHP 500,000.00) PESOS Philippines currency, hand paid by the
BUYER/VENDEE to the SELLER/VENDOR , the SELLER/VENDOR do hereby
SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of this Deed of Absolute Sale unto the
said BUYER/VENDEE, his heirs and assigns, the subject parcel of land
together with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and
encumbrances of whatever nature including real estate taxes as of the date of
this sale.
