Vocabulary
Recoil: Recoil means to suddenly move back or spring back because
of something. E.g., the smell of durian makes a lot of tourists recoil!
Harrowing: Harrowing describes something that is really upsetting,
distressing, or emotionally difficult to experience. It's often used to
describe situations that are deeply troubling or painful.
Beckon: Beckon means to make a gesture (movement) with your
hand, head, or body to invite someone to come closer or follow you.
It's like saying, "Come here" with a gesture.
Vicious: Vicious means extremely mean, cruel, or violent. It describes
something or someone that is intentionally harmful and can cause a
lot of damage or pain.

Task
Watch the video snippet/clip from 'Would I Lie To You', keeping the
vocabulary above in your mind.
Pause the video around 3:04 and write a paragraph about whether
you think Kevin is telling the truth or a lie. Explain why.
