RELEASE, WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ADRIAN LONGAKIT TOLENTINO, Filipino, of legal age and with address at 223 QUIRINO HI-WAY BRGY
185 CALOOCAN CITY hereby state that:

1. I, hereby freely, voluntarily and intelligently accept the cessation of my employment with CONCENTRIX DAKSH
SERVICES PHILIPPINES CORPORATION, by reason of my separation from the Company effective April 12,
2020.

2. I acknowledge that I have received from CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES PHILIPPINES CORPORATION
the amount of TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN PESOS AND TWO CENTAVOS
(PHP 21,857.02) in full and complete payment and settlement of my salaries up to the date of my resignation, 13th
month pay, separation pay and such other benefits, entitlements and claims of any and all kinds
against CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES PHILIPPINES CORPORATION, its predecessor-in-interest, its
stockholders, officers, directors, agents or successors-in-interest, all property determined and computed up to the
last day of aforesaid lawful cessation of my employment;

3. For the above-stated consideration, I, hereby freely, voluntarily and intelligently release, waive and
forever discharge CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES PHILIPPINES CORPORATION, its
predecessor-in-interest, its stockholders, officers, directors, agents or successors-in-interest, from any and all
manner of action, sum of money, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or in equity which I, or my
heirs, successors and assigns had, now have or shall have against, CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES
PHILIPPINES CORPORATION, including but not limited to, unpaid salaries, separation pay, holiday pay, 13th
month pay, whether arising from my previous employment contract, company grant or established
company practice, the intention hereof being to completely and absolutely release CONCENTRIX DAKSH
SERVICES PHILIPPINES CORPORATION, from the liabilities arising wholly or partially, directly or indirectly, from
cessation of my employment;

4. I also freely understand and manifest that the payment by CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES PHILIPPINES
CORPORATION of the foregoing consideration shall not be taken by me, my heirs, successors
and assigns as a confession and/or admission of liability on the part of CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES
PHILIPPINES CORPORATION, its predecessor-in-interest, its stockholders, officers, directors, agents or
successors-in- interest, for any matter, cause, demand or damages I may have against any and/or all of them.

5. I acknowledge that during the entire period of my employment with CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES
PHILIPPINES CORPORATION and its predecessor- in-interest, I received and was paid all
compensation, benefits and privileges to which I was entitled under all laws and policies of said
CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES PHILIPPINES CORPORATION and its predecessor-in-interest
by reason of such employment and if I hereafter find myself in any manner to have any entitlement
to any amount, I hereby freely, voluntarily and intelligently waive such accrued amount and the
above consideration shall be a full and final satisfaction of any and all such undisclosed sums. I
also acknowledge keeping any and all confidential information that came into my knowledge in the
course of my employment with CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES PHILIPPINES CORPORATION and shall not
divulge such confidential information to third persons or entities;

6. I shall not at any time and in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, reveal or disclose to
any person pertaining to CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES PHILIPPINES CORPORATION and
its business. I acknowledge that CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES PHILIPPINES CORPORATION
has a well-established reputation, which is important for its business. I, therefore, undertake not to
do any act in whatsoever manner, verbally, physically, explicitly or implicitly, including but not
limited to the disparagement of CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES PHILIPPINES CORPORATION's
reputation or business. If disclosure is made, either intentionally or by negligence, I hereby
irrevocably and unconditionally indemnify CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES PHILIPPINES CORPORATION for
damages and all monetary claims that it may be entitled to, by reason of said disclosure.
7. I will institute no action and will not continue to prosecute pending actions, if any, against CONCENTRIX DAKSH
SERVICES PHILIPPINES CORPORATION. This document may be pleaded as a bar to any
pending or future action, which I may have against CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES PHILIPPINES
CORPORATION in connection with, or arising out of cessation of my employment.

8. I declare that I have received all amounts that are now, or in the future may be, due me from CONCENTRIX
DAKSH SERVICES PHILIPPINES CORPORATION. I further declare that if I commit an act
contrary to any provision of this document, I will hold CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES PHILIPPINES
CORPORATION free and harmless from any and all liabilities, and will irrevocably and
unconditionally pay for all damages that CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES PHILIPPINES CORPORATION may
suffer.

9. I finally declare that I have read this document and the release, waiver and quitclaim hereby given are made
willingly and voluntarily and with full knowledge and understanding of my rights under the law.
