• User and monitoring ticket management and ensuring team’s
adherence to SLA.
• Working closely with application development and support team
to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions,
for both current and future projects.
• Configuring backups and troubleshooting issues.

SUPERUSER rights and delegate them to appropriate rights.
