LETTER OF EXCUSE

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Don Ruben Edera Ecleo Sr. Memorial National High School
Don Ruben, San Jose, Dinagat Islands

Pagpupugay mula sa Kabataan para sa Kapayapaan!

Dear Ma’am/Sir,

The Kabataan Kontra Droga At Terorismo is a registered organization of the National Youth
Commission’s Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP) that promotes the advocacy
for peace and development. We create activities, programs and projects in line with the
declaration of Policy of R.A. 9165 provides that it is the policy of the State to safeguard the
integrity of its territory and the well-being of its citizenry particularly the YOUTH, from the
harmful effects of dangerous drugs on their physical and mental well-being, and to defend the
same against acts or omissions detrimental to their development and preservation.

KKDAT is also the response for Executive Order No. 70 series of 2018 which reframe and
refocus the government’s policy for achieving inclusive and sustainable peace, thus,
“Institutionalizing the Whole-of-Nation approach in attaining inclusive and sustainable peace,
Creating a National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict, and Directing the
Adaptation of National Peace Framework”.

In connection to this, to deliver our tasks to serve the community, we humbly request you to
excuse from your class MR. JAZ RIX LOMOT from Grade-10 SSC as we assist the feeding
program led by the San Jose Municipal Police Station to be held at Barangay Cuarinta, San
Jose, Dinagat Islands.

You approval upon this request is highly appreciated.

Para sa kabataan, para sa bayan!

Sincerely, Noted by:
