What Time Is It?

The big hand of a clock


stands for minutes and the
little one stands for hours.
In the clock here, the time
is one o’clock.

Note that times like 1:03 or 4:58 for example, can be read as (it’s about one o’clock) or
(it’s about 5 o’clock.
Exercise 1: Write the time shown on each clock on the space provided.
