Title: A Safe Adventure: Planning a Pre-school Trip to the Theme Park

Characters:

- Mark : Theme Park Manager (Khairunnas)

- Sarah: Teacher (Syazwani)

[Scene: Mark's office at the theme park. Mark is seated behind a desk with brochures and
safety guidelines neatly arranged. Sarah enter.]

Mark: Good morning! Welcome to Adventureland Theme Park. Please, have a seat. How
may I assist you today?

Sarah: Hi, I'm Sarah. I’m a teacher from Rainbow Preschool. I’m here to inquire about
organizing a safe trip for our pre-schoolers.

Mark: Wonderful! Safety is our top priority here at Adventureland. Before that, we already
had a brochure about the whole process for this kind of trip because, before this, we had
many schools that wanted to organize a trip here. So, how many children will be attending
the trip?

Sarah: We have around 30 children, aged 3 to 5, along with a few other teachers
accompanying us.

Mark: Great! First, let me assure you that we have a comprehensive safety protocol in place.
Our staff is trained in first aid and emergency procedures. We also have a dedicated team
for handling emergencies.

Sarah: That's reassuring. What about the rides? Are they suitable for young children?
Mark: Absolutely. We have a special section with age-appropriate rides and attractions.
Each ride is thoroughly inspected and maintained regularly to ensure the safety of our young
visitors.

Sarah: That's good to know. Can you tell us more about the safety measures during the trip
itself?

Mark: Of course. We provide a designated area for your group to gather upon arrival, where
our staff will provide a safety briefing. Each child will wear a wristband with their name and
contact information. We also encourage parents and teachers to ensure the children stay
together in groups.

Sarah: That sounds excellent. What about security?

Mark: Our theme park has a modern security system with surveillance cameras strategically
placed throughout the park. We also have trained security personnel patrolling the premises.

Sarah: That's great to hear. What about food options? Some of our students have allergies.

Mark: We understand the importance of dietary restrictions. Our food vendors follow strict
guidelines to ensure hygiene and provide options for various allergies. We can also arrange
for a separate area for your group to have their meals.

Sarah: That's thoughtful. What about restrooms and first aid facilities?

Mark: We have clean and well-maintained restroom facilities throughout the park. In case of
any medical emergencies, our first aid stations are easily accessible, and our trained staff is
always ready to assist.
Sarah: That's a relief. Do you have any specific guidelines for teachers and parents?

Mark: Yes, we recommend that teachers and parents keep a headcount of the children at all
times and maintain constant communication with their group. We also advise keeping the
children hydrated and applying sunscreen regularly.

Sarah: That's helpful information. How about transportation to and from the park?

Mark: We can arrange transportation for your group, ensuring the safety of the children with
licensed drivers and appropriate vehicles equipped with seat belts.

Sarah: That would be convenient. Lastly, what about the pricing and booking process?

Mark: Our pricing varies based on the package and options you choose. I can provide you
with detailed information and guide you through the booking process. We also offer group
discounts for pre-school trips.

Sarah: Thank you so much for addressing all my concerns, Mark. Adventureland sounds like
the perfect place for our pre-schoolers' trip.

Mark: It's my pleasure to assist you. I'll provide you with the necessary information and
answer any further questions you may have. Let's make this trip a safe and memorable
experience for everyone.

Sarah: Can I have your contact details?

Mark: Sure, you can bring this brochure with you and contact me by using this number.
Sarah: Thank you.

Mark: You’re welcome.
