Good day,

I use my 16'' 16T90R Gram computer every day for school and love it. However, the plastic clip behind
the TAB key recently shattered. I have tried to find a replacement online and could not. Would you be
able to help me find a new TAB key, or maybe just the plastic clip behind it? I purchased my Gram from
Costco less than a year ago, so I was also curious if it was still under warranty? I have the email receipts.

Our service team will email you a shipping label to send the laptop to our facility via FedEx Ground.
Upon receipt of the laptop at our repair facility, please allow 7-10 business days for the repair process.
For security and privacy reasons, our technicians will delete all files and restore the laptop to its factory
default settings. We recommend backing up your files before sending in the laptop for repairs.

If your unit is within the 1-year warranty, the repair will be covered at no cost to you. However, if the
laptop is over a year old, a repair fee of $500 + tax and a non-refundable fee of $80 will apply. You can
confirm your warranty status and request a repair service by filling out the form below:
