TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF VOCs REMOVAL CATALYST

FWCC series honeycomb ceramic catalyst with precious metal Pd, Pt as the main active components, is a new efficient
organic waste gas purification catalyst. Chemical, food, machinery, instrumentation, household appliances, baking paint
painting, insulation materials, color steel manufacturing and other industries emissions containing aromatics, oxygen and
other organic matter and carbon oxide toxic waste gas can be applied.

1.performance of catalyst
① Wide range of applications, suitable for the treatment of industrial waste gas containing CO, hydrocarbons and
oxygen-containing derivatives.
② Low gas flow resistance, reaction initial temperature, high activity, high speed adaptation range. When the concentration
of organic matter is in the range of 300 ~ 9000mg/m3, the air speed is 5000~30000h-1, and the reaction gas inlet temperature
is 80~300℃, the purification effect is ≥95%.
③ Good heat resistance, can withstand 900℃ high temperature thermal shock.
④ Long service life, not less than 7000 hours.

3. Activity of catalyst
The test results of catalyst activity under the condition of GHSV 20000h-1 and organic concentration 5g/ml are as follows:
Benzene (230℃), toluene (210℃), xylene (210%℃)
Ethyl acetate (305℃), acetic acid (290℃), cyclohexanone (200℃)
Acetone (275℃), phenol (280℃), n-butanol (175℃)
