Contract Costs and Payment Terms

Candidate agrees to pay the fees for the program selected according to the approved
payment plan stated below. The company may, at its option and without notice, prevent
candidate from attending class until any applicable payments are satisfied. Methods of
payment include 60% payment at time of signing the Enrollment Agreement, other40 %
of registration fee paid prior to start date.

Refund Policy:
1. You could refund all fees paid one working week before the start date of course.
2. If refund occurs less than one working week before the start date, 10% of total fees would be deducted
and the cost of material which vary from one course to another.
3. No refund after the first session of program Whether the client actually attended or was absent from
attendance.
4. You can register and take advantage of available discount and the start of the course within 90 days
maximum and you refund within 60 days maximum from the date of register as long as no start date is
set or a specific group is selected to attend.
5. If the course starts and the customer needs to stop attending, he can activate his right to wait, provided
that he completes attending the course again within a maximum period of 90 days from the date of
stopping. This is done after paying the full amount, knowing that the customer returns to attend again
from the same lecture that he attended He stops at it, and he is not entitled to start the course from the
first lecture, except with an additional cost that varies from one course to another.
6. The customer can benefit from the discount rate available on more than one course and the beginning of
the course, which represents a priority for the customer only, and leave the other courses to wait until
the completion of the first course, knowing that in the event of booking more than one course, a discount
of 30% or more will be made for the courses. The other is not refundable, and the customer has the right
to start these courses after completing the first course in a period not exceeding six months, and the
place has no right to change the price of the course that the customer booked in this case .

. ‫يمكن للعميل إسترداد كامل قيمة الحجز قبل تاريخ بداية الكورس المتفق عليه بمده ال تقل عن إسبوع عمل‬ .1
‫ من تكلفــه الكــورس باإلضــافه‬%10 ‫في حالة طلب العميل إسترداد قيمة الحجز قبل بداية الكورس المتفق عليه بمده أقل من إسبوع عمــل يتم خصــم‬ .2
. ‫لخصم تكلفه الكتب المطبوعه و هي تختلف من كورس ألخر‬
. ‫ال يمكن للعميل إسترداد المبلغ بعد بداية أول محاضرة من الكورس سواء قام العميل بالحضور فعليا أو تغيب عن الحضور‬ .3
‫ يوم من تاريخ الحجز ويحــق لــه أيضــا إســترداد قيمــة الحجــز في‬90 ‫يمكن للعميل الحجز واإلستفاده بالخصم المتاح وبدايه الكورس في مدة اقصاها‬ .4
. ‫ يوم من تاريخ الحجز طالما لم يحدد ميعاد بداية أو قام بإختيار مجموعة محدده للحضور بها‬60 ‫مده أقصاها‬
‫اذا بدأ الكورس و إحتاج العميل أن يتوقف عن الحضور فيمكنه تفعيل حقه في األنتظار علي أن يستكمل حضور الكورس مرة أخري في مــده أقصــاها‬ .5
‫ يوم من تاريخ التوقف ويتم ذلك بعد سداد كامل المبلغ مع العلم أن العميل يعود للحضور مره أخري من نفس المحاضــره الــتي توقــف عنــدها وال‬90
. ‫يحق له بداية الكورس من المحاضره األولي إال بتكلفه إضافيه تختلف من كورس ألخر‬
‫يمك ن للعميل األستفاده بنسبه الخصم المتاحه علي أكثر من كورس و بداية الكورس الذي يمثل أولويـه للعميـل فقـط و تـرك الكورسـات األخـري علي‬ .6
‫ أو أكثر يكون مقدم الحجز للكورسات األخــري‬%30 ‫األنتظار لحين األنتهاء من الكورس األول مع العلم أنه في حاله حجز أكثر من كورس في خصم‬
‫غير قابل لإلسترداد ويحق للعميل بداية هذة الكورسات بعد اإلنتهاء من الكــورس األول في مــده ال تتعــدي ســتة أشــهر وال يحــق للمكــان تغيــير ســعر‬
.‫الكورس الذي قام العميل بالحجز عليه في هذه الحاله‬
