CREAMY AND SAUCY SPAGHETTI

I. Tools Needed:
 Pasta maker
 knife
 Pasta spoon
 saucer
 White plate
II. Ingredients for dough:
 100 grams of all purpose flour
 1 fresh egg
 Ingredients for sauce:
 1 can of tomato sauce
 ½ cup of condensed milk
 1 piece jumbo hotdog
 Minced onion and garlic
III. Procedure fresh pasta dough:
1. FIRST, MISE' EN PLACE PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS AND TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT TO
BE USE.
2. SECOND, ON A KNEADING MAT PUT 100 GRAMS OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR AND 1 FRESH
EGG AND THEN MIX THEM TOGETHER,WHEN THE MIXTURE IS MIXED KNEAD THE
DOUGH WITH YOUR HANDS,AFTER KNEADING REST THE DOUGH FOR 30
MINUTES,WHILE YOU ARE WAITING FOR RESTING THE DOUGH YOU CAN COOK YOUR
SAUCE ON A PAN PUT SOME OIL MINCED GARLIC AND ONION,THEN NEXT IS THE
HOTDOG, CORNED BEEF AND TOMATO SAUCE AND ADDA PINCH OF SALT IF THE
TOMATO SAUCE IS SOUR,ADD CONDENSED MILK MIX AND THEN SET ASIDE.WHEN
THE DOUGH HAS BEEN REST USE THE PASTA MAKER TO FLATTEN IT AND CUT TO
SPAGHETTI SHAPE.
3. THIRD,BOIL THE PASTA FOR 2-3 MINUTES,WHEN THE PASTA IS COOKED AL DENTE (to
the tooth) YOU CAN PUT YOUR FRESH PASTA WITH THE SAUCE YOU'VE COOK.
4. LAST,PUT YOUR PASTA DISH ON A WHITE PLATE,ADD SOME GARNISH AND SERVE.
