Mumbai

Dear Rahul Ji,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to you as a concerned
citizen and on behalf of the ABVP Colaba to bring to your attention a matter of utmost
importance. The reintroduction of the pay and park system in front of KC and HR College,
Mumbai, has raised concerns among the students.

While we understand the need for effective management of parking spaces in our city, the
recent implementation of the pay and park system has caused considerable inconvenience
to students and faculty. The location of KC and HR College is integral to the academic and
cultural life of student community, and the imposition of fees for parking in this area creates
financial burden for students and diminishes accessibility to education.

The ABVP Colaba, as a student organisation, believes that this system adversely impacts
the accessibility and affordability of education for the youth. We kindly request your
intervention to reevaluate the implementation of the pay and park system in front of KC and
HR College, Mumbai. We propose that kindly discontinue the pay and park system for the
KC and HR College.

We look forward to your support in this matter and hope that you will consider our concerns
seriously.
