The table shows the Diagnostic Assessment that allows the teacher to discover how much knowledge a student has on a subject matter and to discover any learning
gaps they might have. Based on the assessment Mathematics with 44.60 Mean Percentage Scores had the least mastered skills among all the subject areas followed
by English with 45.08 MPS. It only implies that strategies and approaches are needed to improve and enhance the skills of the learners in different learning areas.
