FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSION ON THE CONDUCT OF WALKTHROUGH ON THE FINAL

OUTPUT OF GRADE 4 ENGLISH, GRADE 5 EPP, AP AND GRADE 6 MAPEH FOR
QUARTER 1 SY 2023-2024

1. In support to Basic Education Learning Recovery Plan for SY 2023-2024 the school shall
conduct a walkthrough on the Final Output of Grade 4 English, Grade 5 EPP-AP and Grade 6
MAPEH for Quarter 1 SY 2023-2024 on August 21-25, 2023 and Focus Group discussion on
August 25, 2023 at 9:00am in the schools’ ground.
2. A walkthrough shall be based on the Most Essential Learning Competencies
(MELC)/PIVOT IV-A Budget of Work (BOW) provided by the Division Office. They are
requested to bring the MELC /PIVOT IV-A Budget of Work (BOW) for reference
3. The walkthrough will serve as a preparation which is done in collaboration with other
subject areas to ensure that the Weekly Learning Plan strike a balance between academic and
social- emotional learning.
4. Subject area coordinator are tasked to quality assure the outputs to ensure that the
competency to be learned is not compromised by the number of learning task to be done
by the learners.
5. Participants shall submit the Accomplished Walkthrough. The Master Teachers shall
monitor and check the teachers’ outputs
6. Mrs Sheila P. Estanislao, MAPEH coordinator, Mrs. Milagros V. Bias, Mrs. Vanessa D.
Gayola, Mrs. Mermaly C. Liwag EPP Coordinator, Ms. Gerly B. Bajita AP Coordinator and
Ms. Raquel Q. Santos English Coordinator will facilitate the said activity.
7. Widest dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
