Helbako in brief: We design and produce automotive electronics for increased efficiency,

safety and comfort in automobiles. We work with Audi, BMW, VW, Mercedes, Porsche, Volvo
and other high-class manufacturers. We are a medium-sized automotive supplier and a familyrun
company with headquarter in Heiligenhaus, Germany. Helbako Electronica SRL is a subsidiary of
the Helbako GmbH, located in Timisoara. Our goal is to increase our competencies and deliver
high-class products to our clients all over the world.
We are looking for new-motivated team members for our Development Center in the position
of Software Developer.

Tasks:
- Development of customer specific Embedded Software for automotive applications;
- Involvement in the entire development lifecycle, from first concept to the final release for serial
production;
- Requirements management and documentation;
- Customer support for system integration;
- Development of application specific diagnosis software;
- Software testing.

Requirements:
- Nice to have University degree in Electrical Engineering/ Technical Computer Science or a
similar qualification;
- Professional experience in Embedded Software Development;
- Experience in automotive, knowledge of MISRA, good knowledge of Autosar. Ideal would be a
3-4 years of experience in Autosar and recently with Autosar 4, experience with any Autosar
configuration tool, and knows how an OSEK operating system works.
- Basic Knowledge of hardware and automotive communication systems (i.e. CAN, LIN,
- K-Line) is beneficial. At least CAN would be good;
- Professional C programming – Necessary, but if he passes the condition with Autosar - that has
long been fulfilled;
- English skills.

Nice to have:
- Experience with the Vector configuration tool (DaVinci Developer / DaVinci Configurator);
- Familiar with architectures of modern microcontrollers and their peripherals. But if you know
Autosar, these are easy to learn when needed.
