    Excursion to Parque da Paz (Peace Park in English)

    Purpose of trip

    On 23rd February, our class went to Parque da Paz in order to write a scientific report about
    the macroscopic and microscopic species that lived there.
    We had to take some photos and make some notes for our research.

    What we did

    We were lucky since the weather was nice. It was 8:00 a.m when we took the metro to the
    park. We took pictures about some trees and plants as we had many species to write about.

    During all morning we looked for new species to get the most interesting ones.
    At the end, we went through a pond to take a sample of some dirty water and observe it under
    the microscope.

    Remarks

    I would say that this trip was tiring but I loved it! The results were amazing and we also had a
    good grade on our report.
    I totally recommend to go for a walk at this park to take a look at the huge variety of species
    there and get to know a bit more about some of them.
