• in the case of a Professional Player, consent to be registered with the above named Club as per the terms of the contract or loan
agreement agreed with the above named Club;
• in the case of an Amateur Player aged eighteen (18) years old and over, consent to be registered with the above named Club until such
a time as either the registration is cancelled, or is transferred to another Club; or
• in the case of an Amateur Player aged under eighteen (18) years old, consent to be registered with the above named Club until the end
of the Playing Season in which he/she turns eighteen (18), or until such time as his/her registration is cancelled or transferred to another
Club.
