and safety. Responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative & Human Resource

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:
Ensuring the smooth running of Chairman, CEO, Directors and GMs offices as per SOPs.
Managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure that the current and future administrative needs are met
efficiently, reliably, and economically at prestigious.
Check security arrangements of office premises and ensures safety of organizational assets and employees. Ensure and
take reasonable measures in ensuring that organizational assets and office facility is not been misused by anyone. To
deploy security guards in key locations to monitor security arrangements.
Ensure the good busines relationship with IESCO, ENERY DEPARTMENT, SNGPL, PTCL, ETO, RTO, HEALTH DEPATMENT,
TCS/ Leopard/DHL Couriers Companies, Cargo Agents and all external suppliers. Ensure compliance management,
liaison with federal and local authorities to answer their queries.
Managing the Fleet of vehicles efficiently and effectively. Ensure the maintenance of vehicles properly as per their
schedule maintenance and all documents of vehicles that are; Token, Fitness Certificate & Permits are renew on their due
dates.
Plan and coordinate with the other departments for day-to-day activities, targets, transportation and logistics support
within intra and inter cities movements of teams and deliveries.
Ensure the housekeeping activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. Ensuring all rooms are cared for
and inspected according to standards. Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies.
Reservation / Booking & payments of Tickets of CEO, Directors, GMs, Executives, Managers, Officers & Labors.
Managing, negotiating and finalize the contracts on behalf of Organization.
Ensure smooth and timely processing of payments/invoicing of assigned domain as per defined SOPs.
Ensure the health and safety compliance in the office and factory areas as per SOPs and standards.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
Manage schedules and deadlines.
Overseeing the human resources responsibilities and activities of the organization. managing recruitment processes,
Compensation & Benefits, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and training & development.
Supervised & strategized daily diverse administration operations of the company efficiently and effectively.
Coordination & Follow up related to security activities of all BCL premises including factories for comprehensive security
arrangements in accordance with the company safety and security standards.

Preparing the Purchase Request in system with the assistance of all security managers of factories regarding the
provision of Security Guards accessories that are; uniforms, Shoes, belts, Caps, Under garments etc.
Supervise & Monitor the security guards shift, hostels & their grievances.
