NOTE:
 Only those candidates who have filled and submitted
the Registration form can participate.
 Any candidate willing to participate in DASA-2023 UG
admission process including the Special round must pay the
fee here; it cannot be paid at later stage during any
subsequent rounds. Moreover, the candidate is advised to
pay the fee well before the last date (particularly in case
of SWIFT, it is advisable to initiate fee payment well in
advance before last date). DASA will not be responsible
for any delays in receipt of fees in DASA account before
the deadline.
 Candidates MUST “submit” their saved choices.
Candidates who do NOT submit their saved choices in the
time window given, their last saved choices will be
submitted automatically when the time-window for filling-
in choices ends.
  Once the fee is paid, applicants can withdraw their
application, on or before the last date of the fee
payment, and the full tuitionfee will be refunded. After
this date, the deductions will be made as per DASA
rules as detailed in the DASA brochure.
2. DASA Rank Declaration The DASA office will declare the DASA rank (based on JEE Main rank
declared by NTA) for only those students who have filled AND finally July 03, 2023 (Mon)
submitted their online registration form for DASA 2023. Please visit DASA 5.00 PM
website for seeing the DASA rank.

5. Confirmation by Candidates have to choose from the following
candidates who have been options:
allotted a seat in Round 1 (A): If any seat is allotted:
• Accept (Directly report to the admitting Institute as per
schedule. He/ she can’t participate in DASA special
round. However, will be automatically considered for
Internal Sliding after the FINAL allotment round).
• Accept & Upgrade (Will participate in next rounds and
considered for higher choices, but can’t participate in
DASA special round)
• Decline: The candidate is exited from the whole
counselling process including the special round. The July 12, 2023 (Wed) 10:00 AM
tuition fee will be refunded (after making deductions) as to
per therefund rule.

 In (A) if a candidate doesn’t opt for any option within the
stipulated timeframe, it is presumed that he/she has chosen the
‘Accept’ option.

Candidates who are allotted seats in JOSAA and
DASA MUST SURRENDER one of the seats during
this time period. Candidates who retain one of the seats
may continue to participate in Special Round of July 25, 2023 (Tue) 5.00 PM –
CSAB/DASA, in which they are retaining the seat. After July 27, 2023, (Thu) 5.00 PM
the withdrawal time period, if the candidate does
not surrender from either of the occupied seats,
then both seats can be cancelled.

Candidates have to choose from the following :
(A): If any seat is allotted:

 thisoption to participate in further DASA counselling
process in Special round
NOTE: In (B) if a candidate doesn’t opt for any option, it
ispresumed that s/he has opted to ‘Participate in Special
Round’

13. Online reporting to allottedThis part is done by the Participating Institutes. The
Institutes for admission by student has to join for an online meeting with the July 30 (Sun), July 31 (Mon), Aug 1

14. Internal Sliding  Internal sliding will be done (automatically, for all
candidates admitted in rounds 1, 2, 3 and FINAL) by
allotting the candidates higher choices within the
allotted institute (subject to availability of vacancy in Aug 03, 2023 (Thur) 5:00 PM

16. Choice refilling forSpecial The Candidates who are already registered but did not get any
Round allotment till now are eligible for the choice refilling for Special
Round against vacant seats.
After candidate login in counselling portal, the candidate has to
choose one of the following options:
Participate in Special Round: - Candidate may opt thisoption
to fill the choices. Candidates allotted a seat in special round
will not be eligible for any refund.
 Exit:- Candidate may opt this if s/he doesn’t want to
participate in counselling. The candidate is exited August 05, 2023 (Sat)
from whole counselling process. The full tuition fee 10:00 A.M
will be refunded as per refund rules. to

Candidates participating in this round must ‘submit’ their
choices. For candidates who do not submit their choices,
theirlast saved choices will be submitted automatically when
the time-window for filling of choices closes.
The candidates who are allotted a seat in Special round as per
their choices will not be eligible for any refund, irrespective of
whether they report to the Institute or not.
The candidates, who are not allotted any choice in special round,
will be eligible for a full refund of Tuition fee, as per refund rules of
DASA.
