Tea
1. Read.

The British love tea but it’s not easy to make the
perfect cuppa. The first thing you need is good
quality tea of course, tea bags or tea leaves, but
there are other factors to consider too.
The water must be the right temperature for
example. For black tea the best temperature is
usually between 90-98° but for green tea the
best temperature is around 80°c. Brewing time
also varies depending on the kind of tea you
use but it is usually between 2-4 minutes. What
about milk and sugar? It’s a personal choice but
remember don’t add milk to green tea. Experts
also recommend that you put your milk in last,
after the tea, but again it’s up to you really. One
more thing: don’t forget about the planet when
