Soft skills Vs.

Hard skills

After graduation, have your ever think what job suits you that is related to your
course? or you are the type of person who will accept any job without a doubt? Skills
are the talents you bring to the table. Hard and soft skills are both essential for success
in the workplace. Hard skills are things you've learned to do or use, while soft skills are
interpersonal traits you've developed over time. Together, these skills help you achieve
your goals in the workplace.
The Philippines is one of the world's leading sources of talent, producing
thousands of people from other occupations. When looking for a job, it's not just about
qualifications. Employers want you to be the right person for the job, but they also
expect you to have both hard and soft skills, both are important in the workplace.
Hard skills are often easier to teach than soft skills. If you want to improve your
hard skills, take a computer, software or statistics course. If you want to improve your
soft skills, take a public speaking class or join a writing workshop or club to practice
working with others. Choose the best course that will work for both skills.
Consider the skills you already can offer, and which skills you would like to
develop further. List what you are good at and what needs to be improved. Whatever
decision you make, consider your interests and options when deciding on a graduate
course to ensure it aligns with your passions and benefits your career.
