・Sales PT.DEXIN STEEL SLAB
DEXIN Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, DEXIN Steel) in Sulawesi, Indonesia, in
which Hanwa Kogyo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, Hanwa) has a 10% stake, began
continuous slab casting on June 28. With the addition of slabs to the
existing billets, wire rods, and rebars, it is expected that the market
competitiveness of DEXIN Steel Products will be further strengthened both
in Indonesia and overseas.

・Sales Tsingshan Steel stainless material

Due to its many years of accomplishments, Hanwa has been

participating since 2014 in a nickel pig iron project in Indonesia with
China’s Tsingshan Steel Group, the world’s largest producer of
stainless steel. We carry out further expansion of our supply system
for products ranging up to stainless steel semi-finished products, to
customers in the stainless steel and special steel industries.

・PT.HANWA STEEL SERVICE

Hanwa supplies steel sheets to manufacturers of electrical machinery, automobile parts
and many other products. To increase overseas production and sales activities, many
manufacturers in Japan that use steel sheets have moved production to other countries
in recent years. We long ago established a unified organization for steel sheets that
covers Japan and overseas markets to serve these manufacturers.

・PT.HANA ROYAL METAL

Hanwa established PT. Hanwa Royal Metals in 2013 in Indonesia by combining Hanwa’s non-
ferrous metal recycling operations with those of the Indoprima Group, a large Indonesian
corporate group. In Indonesia, where the recycling environment is under development, we are
the only Japanese company with its own recycling facility. With this company, Hanwa can provide
materials and services just as in Japan.

Mengenai Welding Wire, kami telah menyuplai lebih dari 100 Ton per bulan untuk seri Astra
Honda Motor. Dengan adanya peningkatan produksi welding wire, Hanwa Indonesia yang
berperan sebagai agen penjualan domestik akan memperluas penjualan welding wire di
Indonesia.

・ Regulasi oleh pemerintah Indonesia,
mengizinkan kuota impor untuk perusahaan
foreign manufacturer API-P, tetapi menolak pengajuan kuota
・KOBELCO（JAPAN) import untuk perusahaan API-U (Distributor).
・KISWEL(KOREA) Bahkan, kuota impor sendiri telah ditetapkan
・HUATONG（TAIWAN) untuk perusahaan perdagangan yang
berafiliasi dengan produsen besar. Sehingga,
dengan kondisi tersebut, kita tidak bisa
memprediksi kapan stock di distributor akan
habis.

・Peraturan dengan standar SNI
Sekarang, INTIRODA telah mengajukan
standarisasi SNI di produk weldingnya. Hal
API-U imporer (distribution import license) ini dikarenakan, adanya kemungkinan produk
・PT.Y tanpa SNI akan diberhentikan peredarannya

Our proposal

• Kedepannya, apabila hanya mengandalkan produk impor, perusahaan manufaktur

akan mengalami kesulitan untuk menyuplai pasokan material. Sesuai dengan
kebijakan pemerintah, kita diharapkan untuk mempertimbangkan produk dalam
negeri yang aman dan terjamin
• Saat ini, AHM, manufaktur perlatan kontruksi dan produsen suku cadang truk,
tengah melangsungkan uji coba. Sebagai informasi, permintaan welding wire
domestik di Indonesia adalah 4000 ton/bulan, sedangkan kapasitas INTI RODA
adalah 700-800 ton/bulan. (Kuantitas terbatas pada ER70S-6 dan ER70S-G,
kapasitas setelah perluasan jalur.)

・ Adanya pembatasan kuota impor di Indonesia terjadi secara tiba-tiba. ・ Oleh

karena itu, kami berharap perusahaan – perusahaan manufaktur mulai
mempersiapkan diri dan memiliki rencana jangka panjang untuk tetap dapat
mendapatkan pasokan baku
