HOW DOES KNOWING ONES SELF HELP IN PERFORMING YOUR DUTIES
AS A CWTS STUDENT?
Knowing one’s self is the first step in becoming a fully
functioning individual and recognizing that we have strengths and weakness that help us become better persons by building on what we are good at and by improving what we are not good at.
As a CWTS student, I must be able to communicate effectively,
and having a confident that I am good at this aspect. Knowing one’s self means improving my strengths and weaknesses, my passions and fears, my tolerances and limitation. Knowing these can help me on what I can do and help me improve myself.
As I take this course believing in my strength and figure out my
weaknesses. Moreover, as I identify my strengths and weakness and a plan of my action that I would accomplish to become a better person, enhancing what I have and developing what I don’t have
