The applicant Petitioner most respectfully submit that:
1. That the Present Review Petition was filed on
01.02.2023 before this Hon’ble Court and the same was
posted for orders.
2. That the matter has been acknowledged by the parties
and hence they does not wish to proceed further with
the court proceedings.
3. It is therefore Prayed that this Hon’ble Court Permit the
Applicant/Petitioner to withdraw the above case in the
interest of Equity and Justice.
