Details of what will be required for Migration of
Pombanking Users into FinaBank App

REQUIREMENTS FOR MIGRATION INTO FINABANK Cloud Platform


As the subject refers please.

Welcome again into 2023, we are pleased that you are using our platform PomBanking which we
are retiring very soon DUE TO ITS UNCONTINUITY in meeting current technological demands as
we move to onboard all clients into our partner platform FINABANKAPP.

The migration will go through some phases to make the adoption easier without problems and
stage by stage. The steps will include the following:

a. Setting up of your bank website, Internet Access and Finabankapp Cloud platform &
Registration Applications
b. Migrating your data into the Finabankapp
c. Training of your Staff on the Finabankapp
d. Parallel operations of Finabankapp and Pombanking For 1-2 weeks for adaptation and
reconciliation
e. Launching of Customer Portal, bank website and Mobile App
f. Online platforms & payment gateway integrations

should have an alternative 4G router pre-
configured with bank network credentials in
case of Primary Router failure
Network enabled Printer – configure one or
more printers on the network for network
access printing. If unavailable we shall
handle it. (Optional)
C CLOUD HOSTING

Shared Cloud Server Hosting – the cloud bank Will be
software platforms and your data will be hosted provided
on a cloud accessible via a url by your staff and
customers. This attracts a monthly fee. This fee
is charged on customers as monthly access fee.
Amount will be determined by you and us and
the percentage.
Back up on Local Server – your data will be
backup locally.
Optional Online backup – In case you will need Will be
online backup of your data on a remote online provided
drive based on access fee. (Optional)
Security and Support – these feature will be Support fees

e. Product/Service provided by the bank - bank line of business and Activity
f. brief information on each of the products/services being provided
g. Company News/Blog information (events covered the last 1-2 years by the
bank)
h. Events video available can be used - Contact Information of the
Bank(addresses, email, mobile contacts)
i. Forms for downloads accessible to the Public

E TRAINING

providing accommodation of our staff, Transport

migration, training and daily test posting for
1 week, a cut-off date will be set when the
change over into the new system will be

finabank app and discontinue pombanking

Customers will be able to access their self-
service platform to check their balance,
view transactions, perform online
transactions, buy airtime etc.

app access for download by customers.
(One of Fee)
Usage of Online access charges – we shall
agree with the bank the online access fees
by customers as a monthly fee. This is
because the customers would have to use
these channels every time.

I CHARGES

Bank Charges – For these additional
features, the bank shall work out their
charges per online transactions and monthly
charges on customers as service charge.
