On May 15, 2023, we purchased a Package 3 of Photography for our events last May
30, 2023. We received your package on June 30, 2023. However, the quality of the
pictures you sent does not match with our agreement on our contract. Since the use of
the low-quality photo paper damaged our business goodwill, we have returned your
package.
In line with this, we are requesting a cash refund amounting to Php. 1,875. We believe
that your company has a deep concern for its customers.
Refunding the money within the next 10 working days will be highly appreciated. We
are looking for future business.
