Arconic Cargo Aircraft Charter Quotation

CHARTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This quote is valid for 14 days.

• To facilitate international clearances, payment must be made no later than 4 working days prior
to departure into our designated bank accounts unless a different payment agreement is in place
which must be in writing and annexed to this charter agreement.
• Arconic Cargo Ltd must first approve all changes in itinerary by the passenger(s) and any
additional costs incurred due to the changes shall be billed directly to the client.
• Cost of diversion due to adverse weather or war risks and hazards shall be billed directly to the
client.
• Passenger luggage is limited to 25kgs per passenger in soft bags and include travel insurance,
loading and offloading of cargo costs.
• Flights cancelled 18 hours before agreed departure time attracts no refund
• Arconic Cargo Ltd does not accept any responsibility for consequential damages that may be
suffered by the client due to breakdown, diversion (including non-availability of fuel) or other
factors beyond its control. We will make every effort possible to minimize such cost being
incurred.
• Arconic Cargo Ltd shall not be liable for any damages the client and/or its passengers may
suffer arising from delays due to compliance with the requirements of international law or
national legislation or subordinate legislation; the client and/or its passengers changed
requirements; unserviced-ability of the aircraft beyond Arconic Cargo Ltd reasonable control;
safety of the aircraft; safety of the aircraft's crew; and/or safety of the client and/or its
passengers.
• Arconic Cargo Ltd shall have no obligation to arrange for and ensure compliance by the client
and/or its passengers with any applicable entry, exit, tax, visa, customs, immigration, health or
other formalities related to the travel contemplated hereby.
• As a safety regulatory requirement, all flights are conducted according to the Crew Flight and
Duty Time Regulations as stipulated in Ugandan Civil Aviation Authority and the Arconic
Cargo Ltd Operations Manuals. Changes to the itinerary that adversely affect these duty
periods may not be accommodated and/or may result in subsequent limitations or
restrictions to the proposed flight.
• Upon execution of this Aircraft Charter Quotation by the client, authorized representative of the
client, passenger or charter broker on behalf of the end user client, this document shall
thereafter constitute a contract of carriage between client, charter brokers
• The executing party hereby acknowledges on behalf of the client and/or its passengers
that it shall be legal and binding. It is specifically recorded and agreed that the terms and
conditions contained herein, constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereto
as to the subject matter hereof and no other agreements, representations or warranties
between the parties, other than those specifically set out herein, shall be binding on the
parties.
