40/2020 and thereby committed contempt of this Tribunal punishable under
section 17 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 read with contempt of court
(C.A.T) Rules, 1992, rad with Articles 215 of the Constitution of India within our
cognizance.
You are hereby directed to be tried by this Tribunal for the aforesaid
charge.
