HCR1200-EDII

HCR1500-EDII

Program Flowchart
This program flowchart provides the process of the program (PLC) of the HCR1200-EDII and
HCR1500-EDII crawler drills.
Use this manual for electrical check or troubleshooting.

Symbol descriptions:

OFF (NO)
A diamond represents a decision. The process should flow
either YES or NO by describing conditions.
If the flow is described ON and OFF, make a decision by the
condition of input and output unit lamps of the PLC.
Part of the conditions are shown on another page for detail.
2
The number in () represents input and output channels of the
ON (YES) PLC.

A rectangle represents a setting condition or an action.

PLC outputs the solenoid valves or relays in the symbol. If
the setting condition, see the process flow on other pages.
2 The number in () represents input and output channels of
the PLC.

As input and output channels, refer electric schematics or I/O table for detail.
