I. OBJECTIVES:
1. Upgrade the quality of classroom instruction through regular monitoring and observation.
2. Assess the teaching-learning process during the online observation of teachers
3. Provide feedbacks that will help the teachers to develop their strategies and skills in teaching.

II. STRATEGIES:
1. Checking of the WHLP of teachers every week
2. Close supervision of all Araling Panlipunan Teachers specifically during Classroom Observation.
3. Perpatual Learning Action Cell of the Department every month for the feed back giving of their performance.
