The ALS Learning Action Cell on RPMS-IPCRF Phase I, is
a way to address the ALS teachers individual and
development needs as assessed in their e-IPCRF 2022-
X. Rationale: 2023 performance.
With this, different domains were examined as a basis for
the performance planning and commitment for this year
2023-2024.
To address the assessed ALS RPMS-IPCRF, regarding the
XI. Terminal Objective: ALS teachers individual and development needs as part
of their performance planning and commitment.
