The ALS Supreme Learner Government as it adheres
the content of OUOPS No. 2023-03-Memorandum
“Interim Guidelines of the Learner Government
Program”, recognizes the significant role and
contributions of learner led club and organizations in
schools which instill effective leadership and contribute
X. Rationale: to learner’s holistic development.
It aims to empower ALS learners to strive
for excellence in academics, leadership, and social
responsibility, and develop a love of country, values, and
competencies to reach their full potential and contribute
to the nation.
To have a representation body of ALS learners in Tarlac
XI. Terminal Objective: City on the different ALS program.
ALS Supreme Learner Government which embodies all
