    EN (EN-13501-2/EN 1366-3)) Listed (ETA-17/0472) Passive Fire Products

    Generally UL listed is given to the US based products and tested in Underwriters Laboratories USA. OBO’s
    products are European Union based products. EN listed products are common to 27 EU countries and
    world over. The passive fire products such as Pyromix, Mortar Insulation, Pyrocoat, Pyroplate and Pyroplug
    are conformed to EN 13501-2 and the test method is as per EN 1366-3. It is tested in the DIBT laboratories,
    Berlin, Germany. Hence UL listed is generally not found in OBO Bettermann Passive fire products. However
    International Fire stop Council (IFC) has approved both the UL listed and EN based passive fire products
    and the document below is self-explanatory
