Various theoretical frameworks and concepts apprise on this study: The Self Determination Theory (Deci
et al., 1985) , Social Cognitive Theory by Bandura (1977) and Active Learning Theory (2021).

This research was knowledgeable of Self Determination Theory that brings us with the inclusive voice of
satisfaction and performance expectancy that the internet should increase students’ satisfaction with
learning. This investigation shows that internet bandwidth is needed to ensure improved learning needs
(Wong et al., 2015). Besides, it indicates that internet users should emphasize motivating students to
use the internet in their online learning. Thereon, these frameworks must reflect in these competencies:
refers to a desirable; completing a task, and connect individuals, thus reflects by students had desire,
mission and connect to participate in the class activities and this was disrupted due to the weak internet
accessibility (Deci et al., 1985).

This study also hinged in on the Social Cognitive Theory of Bandura (1977), which specified that
individuals have used on to assert learning within a social context. The main factor of this study is
sustaining a high quality of education, especially in frustrated to process information properly on their
to-do's and activities. Commonly the service on the internet is a high impact on online learning. Thus,
when you're experiencing slow internet and connectivity issues had an absence to remiss the
homework, the frustrating of the students affects academic performance. Therefore, this theory showed
that quality of learning is a must where we need to understand the learning needs of students that
online platform had a digital medium to becomes a dilemma in students.

Another theory that is linked to this study that was conducted by Lev Vygotsky (2021) Active learning
theory is based on a theory called constructivism. When students learn by doing, they learn more
effectively. According to the active learning theory, to learn better, learners should be actively engaged
or involved in the learning process. Discussions, problem-solving, case studies, role plays, and other
hands-on methods are used to engage students with course material through active learning. Active
learning helps students to become 'lifelong learners' In an active learning approach, learning is not only
about the content, but is also about the process. Active learning develops students' autonomy and their
ability to learn. Active learning gives students greater involvement and control over their learning.

As applied in the study, these theories showed how the slow internet connection causes problems in
Online Learning in the present time. Especially with the abrupt shift of learning and modalities. Students
and teachers are having a hard time in this setup, and Slow Internet Connection is not helping. It affects
the way they learn and produce academic outputs.
